Partnering with senior leaders, the full-time remote Global People Partner will lead strategic talent initiatives, drive performance management, and implement scalable HR solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities Collaborate with business leaders to align people-related strategies with organizational goals and improve workplace relationships Develop and facilitate training programs and learning experiences that support company objectives Analyze organizational metrics and provide insights to drive business outcomes and enhance employee engagement Required qualifications Minimum of seven years of experience in employee relations within fast-paced, global environments Bachelor's degree in human resources, organization development, or a related field Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably BambooHR, and strong analytical skills Demonstrated ability to implement scalable solutions in talent development and workforce planning SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification or equivalent preferred
