Job Title: Mechanic
Job Description

This role is dedicated to maintaining and servicing snow equipment, including wheel loaders, dump trucks, skid steers, track loaders, motor graders, and tractors. The position involves a wide range of mechanical tasks to ensure the equipment operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform hydraulic system repairs, including hose and line replacement, pump and motor overhauls, cylinder rebuilding, and valve block service.
• Conduct undercarriage and drive maintenance, such as track system overhauls, tire and axle service, and drive chain adjustments.
• Execute engine and powertrain service, including routine fluid and filter changes, cooling system cleans, and fuel system repairs.
• Carry out electrical troubleshooting and repairs.

• Experience in repair and maintenance of diesel trucks and equipment.
• Proficiency in hydraulics, brake systems, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to perform welding and both truck and trailer repair.

• Strong mechanical inclination.
• Experience working on trucks or vehicles.
• Possession of a set of basic tools.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clearwater, MN.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $33.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Clearwater,MN.
