Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental needs.

• Collaborate with families to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring they are tailored to address each child's unique requirements.

• Monitor and document child outcomes as a proactive member of the children's services team.
\n
• Provide continuous support and guidance to families, equipping them with the necessary skills and resources to enhance their child’s developmental trajectory.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations to maintain the highest standards of care.
\n
• Build strong rapport with children and families to foster a nurturing learning environment.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to Natural Learning Environment Practices in your interventions.
\n
• Implement strategies recommended by the IFSP while considering family priorities and concerns.
\n
• Support the coaching model and natural teaching environments to maximize child learning.
\n
• Uphold safety standards for both staff members and individuals served through diligent compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on the youngest members of our community, particularly infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. As an LCSW, you will work closely with families to create effective intervention strategies and support systems, thereby significantly influencing the children’s overall development and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license to facilitate outreach and engagement with families.

• Ability to adapt to varied learning styles and approaches to cater to individualized treatment plans for each child.

• Demonstrated experience (minimum of one year) working directly with children in early intervention programs.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate harmoniously with team members, families, and service providers.
