What You'll Receive

You won't be expected to serve as the Real Estate Advisor, Transaction Coordinator, and Marketing Manager all at once. Our team supports these functions so you can concentrate on client relationships, negotiations, and growing your business.

Meaningful mentorship and ongoing guidance.
Every agent is paired with an Agent Advisor who is invested in your development. You'll receive weekly coaching, consistent training, and access to the team whenever you need support, solutions, or a reason to celebrate.

Lead generation and marketing systems already in place.
Our lead-generation platform supports sphere outreach, open houses, prospecting, listing opportunities, and online leads. You'll also have access to Brivity CRM, Mojo, Canva Pro, and a Touch Program designed to keep you connected with your network. Print and digital marketing resources, social media templates, a marketing match program, and geographic farming support help maintain a steady pipeline without requiring you to start over every month.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
