Responsibilities Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Qualifications 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly Compensation $100,000 - $125,000 yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr The Allen Brake Real Estate Team
