We are seeking a Bilingual Executive Assistant ( Chinese And English ) to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative needs of Executive
- Arrange conference calls and meetings
- Plan work-related travel details
- Receive visitors
- Train and supervise lower-level clerical staff
- Maintain and order supplies
- Receive and send samples from Overseas or Corporate buyers
- Take product pictures to ensure they are organized and ready to be made into Line sheet for buyers
- Ability to measure all samples and understanding garment structure
- Ability to communicate with factory regarding details of sampling
- Ability to QC samples to make sure they are Proto, Fit, PP, TOP ready
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
