Job Description:

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with other departments to support overall business objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Utilizes technology and software systems to streamline inventory and supply chain processes.
• Trains and supervises staff involved in inventory and supply chain operations.
• Prepares and presents reports on inventory and supply chain performance to senior management.
• Implements and enforces safety and regulatory compliance standards within the supply chain.
• Develops and implements inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively and have crucial conversations with team members, and supervise staff in a timely, effective and respectful manner, to achieve department and Company objectives [Required]
• Ability to work with people of various backgrounds, in a fast-paced environment [Required]
• Ability to work under stress and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously [Required]
• Knowledge of inventory control concepts, order sheets, point-of-use applications, and par optimization methodologies [Required]
• Computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel [Required]
• Knowledge of perioperative rules and guidelines pertaining to clean supply storage rules, including clean environments such as Surgical Services [Required]
• Ability to demonstrate related acumen [Required]
• Materials Management Host System(s) [Preferred]
• Point-of-Use application(s) [Preferred]
• Materials or supply chain management processes [Preferred]

Education:

• Associate [Required]
• Bachelor's [Preferred]

Field of Study: in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Healthcare Administration or related field

Work Experience:

• 1+ previous management experience [Required]
• 3+ materials management or supply chain experience [Required]
• Experienced in Lean Process Improvement methodologies and application to supply chain management [Preferred]
• SurgiNet/Cerner experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) [Preferred]

Pay Range: $55,224.00 - $102,731.20
