About the Role TD SYNNEX is seeking a driven and customer-focused Business Development Executive I to join our field sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our market presence by building strong relationships with customers and vendor partners while driving revenue growth across assigned accounts. This is an entry-level field sales role designed for high-potential professionals eager to develop their careers in technology sales, vendor management, and strategic account growth. You will spend significant time in the field (50%+), meeting with customers and partners face-to-face to understand business needs, deliver value-driven solutions, and strengthen long-term partnerships. - Build pipeline and deliver sales results by expanding existing customer relationships and generating new opportunities
- Execute entry-level sales proposals and contribute to achieving revenue and growth targets

- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers and vendor partners
- Conduct regular in-person meetings, presentations, and business reviews with key accounts
- Serve as a key point of contact to ensure a seamless and value-driven customer experience
- Act as a brand and solution expert for assigned vendor products, programs, and technologies
- Educate customers on product capabilities, use cases, and value propositions

- Identify and create demand through customer outreach, training sessions, events, and enablement activities
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, and resource awareness programs to accelerate adoption
- Support vendor-led initiatives and align them with customer growth strategies
- Track and analyze program results, customer engagement, and sales performance
- Provide insights, recommendations, and growth strategies to Account Managers and leadership

- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Willingness to travel 50%+ for customer and vendor engagement
- Relationship Building: Ability to establish trust and influence customers, partners, and internal teams
- Sales & Business Acumen: Understanding of sales processes, pipeline development, and revenue generation
- Communication & Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication with confidence presenting to groups
