Retirement plan through CalPERS. Classic members: 2.7% @ 55 & PEPRA members: 2% @ 62
Up to 5% Certification Pay is available for certifications above and beyond job description requirements.
Employer match of $25 per pay period to deferred compensation plan.
2.5% Longevity Pay is available after 10 years of service with the District.
