This role is based in Holmdel, New Jersey (hybrid) and supports hiring across the United States and Canada. You will partner closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and fellow Talent Acquisition professionals to identify, attract, and hire top talent across a variety of functions and organizational levels.

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake discussions through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop effective recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Lead recruitment efforts across Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D and Corporate Functions
• Support hiring across multiple organizational levels, from professional and technical talent to senior leadership positions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines to meet current and future workforce needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Leverage market intelligence and talent insights to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
• Drive diverse hiring strategies that support IFF's commitment to inclusion and representation.
• Ensure accurate and compliant management of recruiting activities within Workday and other recruiting systems.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within a multinational or complex matrixed organization.
• Proven success recruiting across a variety of functions, including manufacturing, engineering, technical, commercial, and corporate roles.
• Experience supporting hiring across multiple business units and locations.
• Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and influencing skills.
