Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Customer Service Representative to join our Denver team. You'll receive paid training while learning to service an established customer route throughout the Denver area. No industry experience is required, we'll teach you everything you need to succeed. This position is perfect for candidates coming from delivery, route service, retail leadership, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-focused roles looking for a long-term career with predictable hours and outstanding benefits.

Every day is different as you travel throughout your assigned territory serving restaurants and commercial kitchens. Your responsibilities will include:

• Service an established customer route
• Deliver and replenish cleaning and sanitation products
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial dishwashers
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Identify customer needs and recommend additional products or services when appropriate
• Operate a company vehicle throughout the workday

$24/hour starting pay

Typical 45-hour workweek with overtime available

First-year earnings of $65,000-$70,000

Company vehicle provided during business hours

Monday-Friday schedule

Paid trainingno industry experience required

• Vacation: Earn up to 80 hours (2 weeks) in your first year, accrued each pay period
• Paid Sick Time: Up to 40 hours per year

We're looking for someone who enjoys working independently, likes interacting with customers throughout the day, is dependable and self-motivated, has strong communication skills, enjoys solving problems, has a valid driver's license (minimum 3 years), and can participate in a rotating on-call schedule (approximately one weekday each month and one weekend every six weeks).

Experience in customer service, delivery, route sales, hospitality, retail management, warehouse, food service, pest control, pool service, uniform service, or field service is a plusbut not required.
