The Role The Marketing Operations Manager runs campaign execution, keeps systems connected, and catches issues before they become problems. You'll report to the VP of Sales Operations and live in the marketing tech stack every day, administering and maintaining the platforms that run our marketing engine, following established processes and priorities set by marketing ops leadership. You'll spot the broken sync before anyone else and keep the systems performing end to end, so campaigns launch on time, leads route reliably, and reporting stays accurate. You'll also help direct an external agency that takes on a portion of day-to-day execution work. The agency supplements your workload, but the systems stay yours to run day to day.
