Registered Nurse - Charge Nurse - Cardiac Unit

Role: RN Charge Nurse in the Cardiac Unit, responsible for leading staffing, ensuring quality patient care, and collaborating with providers. Responsibilities Assigns, directs, and evaluates nursing staff; assesses patient care needs; develops care plans; monitors care effectiveness; addresses patient care issues; contributes to hiring and training; responds to complaints; performs other duties as needed. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program; at least one year of RN experience; active RN license (Missouri or Compact State); BLS certification. Skills Strong leadership, assessment, communication, and teamwork abilities; physical fitness to perform job duties; alertness and safety awareness. Key Duties Staff coordination, clinical oversight, patient care assessment, collaboration with providers, and performance evaluation.
