Job Overview Freebee is seeking a fun, driven, and outgoing entry level Recruiter to join our Recruitment team! As a Recruiter you will be responsible for screening, interviewing, communicating with candidates, and assisting in the onboarding process. The ideal candidate is a self starting, upbeat, team player ready to learn and grow in a fast paced work environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Assist with the onboarding process, including pre-employment checks, new hire paperwork, and orientation. Support our recruiting team with various administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and new hire orientation tasks. Help manage and maintain our applicant tracking system, ensuring all candidate data is accurately and timely recorded. Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends and best practices, and make recommendations to improve our recruitment process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Qualifications Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Clean Driving Record and Criminal Background (Both reviewed prior to hire) Must be able to pass the pre-employment drug test. 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources environment or related field (preferred) Strong organizational skills. Experience with (or willingness to learn) applicant-tracking software. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Bilingual is a PLUS. Pay: $40,000 Annually Why Join Us?
