Junior Account Manager

Our client, a manufacturer of specialized industrial equipment based in Northern RI, is hiring a Junior Account Manager to join their service team. This is a great fit for someone detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and looking for a stable, permanent role with a well-established company. Compensation & Highlights: $50,000-$52,000 per year, with benefits and bonus potential Permanent hire Responsibilities of the Junior Account Manager: Process parts and retrofit orders received by email or phone, tracking outstanding offers and orders through to completion. Coordinate repairs and returns, keeping documentation accurate and following up consistently with customers and internal teams. Communicate directly with customers and the corporate office to resolve parts-related questions and requests. Pick, pack, and arrange shipments via UPS, FedEx, and other carriers as needed. Qualifications of the Junior Account Manager: Basic computer proficiency, including MS Outlook and Teams; SAP experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through on open requests. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Flexible and dependable, especially around scheduled on-call and after-hours coverage. Ability to occasionally lift to 50 lbs and perform light physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching.
