Reporting to the Director of HR, the HR Generalist will join a highly collaborative team to provide comprehensive human resources support across multiple locations in different regions. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful problem solver who listens with care and approaches challenges with empathy and professionalism.


Essential Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for employee questions on benefits, policies, and workplace matters, listening openly, offering guidance
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations
• Be an expert on relevant policies, employment law, and HR legislation, ensuring best-in-class practices
• Keep our HR processes running smoothly
• Be a problem-solver, and culture champion

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 4+ years' experience working in a Human Resource department
• Technical skills and experience using data for reporting
• Highly skilled in using computer software and proven ability to learn new applications
• Strong organization, task and time management skills
• High sense of urgency and strong attention to detail
• The ability to work cooperatively and professionally with all levels of the organization
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
