Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment | On-Call Required (one weekday evening per week, 4:30 PM–10:00 PM; one weekend per month, Saturday–Sunday 7:00 AM–10:00 PM; likely one holiday over the course of the contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Float between Nuclear Medicine and PET departments as needed to support daily imaging operations
• Perform approximately 10 or more general Nuclear Medicine procedures per day and 12–14 PET/CT scans per day
• Conduct top procedures including whole-body bone scans, lung scans, gastric emptying, renal scans, HIDA scans, thyroid uptake and scan, thyroid whole-body scans, DaTscan brain scans, lymphoscintigraphy, parathyroid scans, FDG PET, and specialty PET
• Provide direct patient care as well as indirect patient care duties such as patient reminder calls
• Operate GE and Siemens imaging equipment proficiently
• Respond to on-call needs for HIDA, GI bleed, brain death, and lung studies as required

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT (NM) or NMTCB certification required
• Minimum 3–5 or more years of Nuclear Medicine experience
• Proficiency in both general Nuclear Medicine and PET imaging
• Ability to float between Nuclear Medicine and PET modalities as operationally needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience operating GE and/or Siemens Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT equipment
• Familiarity with a high-volume, fast-paced hospital imaging environment
