Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Schedule: Overtime as needed Opportunity: Potential Direct Hire Industry: Automotive Manufacturing / Plastics GTRJ OBS is hiring an experienced Production Supervisor for an automotive manufacturing company in the plastics industry. This is a long-term, salaried opportunity for someone who has strong leadership skills but is also comfortable being hands-on and involved with day-to-day production. The ideal candidate has experience supervising employees in a manufacturing or warehouse environment and understands what it takes to keep a team productive, organized, and on schedule.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and lead production employees on 1st shift
• Coordinate daily staffing, work assignments, and production schedules
• Keep employees focused on production, quality, safety, and attendance expectations
• Communicate priorities and production needs clearly to the team
• Monitor workflow and address production issues as they arise
• Work closely with management to meet production goals and deadlines
• Help train, coach, and develop employees
• Complete required computer work, documentation, and production tracking
• Step in and assist with production or machine operations when needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous lead, supervisor, or management experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Hands-on manufacturing or machine operating experience
• Experience managing employees and coordinating schedules
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Good math skills
• Ability to organize priorities and keep a team on task
• Willingness to be hands-on and help with production when necessary
• Automotive manufacturing or plastics industry experience is strongly preferred
