Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong experience managing Telecom Software projects, particularly Mobile Core Network deployment and integration.The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of IMS/Packet Core, OpenStack, VNF/CNF, and experience managing deployments, testing, vendors, scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Telecom projects related to Mobile Core Network.
- Lead the deployment and integration of Core Network Software products.
- Support architecture and engineering teams with deployment, configuration, and execution of test automation suites.
- Manage project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Review Requirements, Solution Architecture, Solution Design, and Validation Strategy.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and manage vendor deliverables.
- Apply appropriate delivery methodologies and quality programs.
- Support project activities that may require off-hour maintenance windows.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong Project Management experience delivering Telecom Software in LTE/VoLTE/VoWiFi environments.
- Experience managing Mobile Core Network projects.
- Technical understanding of Core Network products, with experience in one or more of:
- IMS: CSCF, SBC, TAS
- Packet Core: CMM, CMG, NRD
- Authentication: HSS, EIR, AAA
- Understanding of OpenStack, VNF, and CNF.
- Technical understanding of Red Hat OpenStack and cloud platforms.
- Experience with Nokia Cloud platforms, including CBIS, CBAM, and NCS.
- Strong technical knowledge of Test Automation and Test Execution.
- Experience reviewing requirements, architecture, solution design, and validation strategies.
- Proven ability to manage deployments within scope and budget.
- Experience managing third-party vendors.
- Strong understanding of Telecom software delivery and project execution .
