Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a dynamic retail location, where you will help support a welcoming environment through visitor management, access assistance, and front desk presence. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.10 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM Thur: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM Fri: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM Sat: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM Sun: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk post. Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, checking identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating with authorized personnel regarding entry requests. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including documenting activity and reporting concerns according to site procedures. Support day‑to‑day operations at a retail location by answering questions, providing directions, observing lobby and entrance activity, and helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior. Minimum Requirements Have at least 6 months of security‑related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control/badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
