What We Are Looking For Minimum 2+ years of experience in US HR Operations Strong communication and analytical skills Hands‑on experience with 1099 and W2 employment processes Ability to manage end‑to‑end onboarding and documentation Experience in payroll support, including timesheets, PTO, and attendance tracking Exposure to benefits administration (ACA, 401k, employee queries) Ability to track and maintain certifications, licenses, and training records.
