As our first HR leader in the US, you will build and scale the HR function from scratch. You will lead both talent acquisition and people operations, supporting rapid growth — particularly across high-volume field sales teams — as we scale to 1,000+ employees in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and scale the HR function from scratch oversee ing talent acquisition, HR operations, compliance, and employee relations
- Build and execute a high-volume hiring strategy, especially for sales teams
- Set up onboarding, performance management, and employee life cycle processes
- Design and implement learning & development (L&D) programs to support performance, and leadership growth
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws across multiple states
- Own payroll strategy and execution (initially outsourced, with a transition to in-house as the organi z ation scales)
- Partner with leadership to support rapid growth and organi z ational development
- Develop processes to manage high-growth environments
Who you are
- Experience in high-growth environments with high-volume hiring
- Strong background in people operations and talent acquisition
- Experience scaling organi z ations, ideally sales-driven
- Working knowledge of US labor laws across multiple states (you know what to look for and when to involve experts)
- Proven ability to build processes from scratch and scale them
- Hands-on and execution-focused mindset
