Director of Marketing, Recruitment, And Community Engagement

The primary function of this position will be to develop and implement a strategic enrollment plan focused on increasing student enrollment and retention. Duties will include but are not limited to coordinating school tours, buddy days, open houses, community outreach which may include off site events. A goal of this position will be to build partnerships with community organizations and businesses to promote the school. Developing a relationship with area pre-schools and focusing on Kindergarten enrollment will be a priority. The Director will create and maintain marketing campaigns across social media platforms, school website, and printed materials. Maintaining excellent communication will be a key focus of this position. The successful candidate will be willing to venture into the community to develop and maintain a liaison with the community.
