ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my State Farm agency in 2018 and currently lead a team of six. As a lifelong resident of Lake Charles and a graduate of McNeese State University, I'm passionate about serving the community I call home. Before becoming an agent, I proudly served as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps, including two tours in Iraq. That experience helped shape the values of leadership, accountability, and service that guide our agency today.

Our team has been recognized with numerous company and industry awards, including Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Club, Honor Club, and Top 10 New Agent recognition. While we're proud of those accomplishments, we're even more proud of the culture we've built and the impact we make for customers every day.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Nicholas Reina - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Our office is located in Lake Charles, LA.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• I am a proud graduate of McNeese State University.
• We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
