Interested applicants can learn more about the company and its services at Role Description The Territory Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Homestead, FL. This position is responsible for managing and growing a defined sales territory by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving product sales of doors, molding, and hardware. Day-to-day activities include visiting job sites and customer locations, conducting product presentations, preparing quotes, following up on leads, and negotiating pricing and terms in alignment with company guidelines. The Territory Sales Representative will collaborate closely with operations and installation teams to ensure accurate orders, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction. This role also involves tracking sales activity, maintaining CRM records, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in outside sales, territory management, and building long-term customer relationships. Ability to conduct product presentations, prepare detailed quotes, and negotiate pricing and terms. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness and follow-through. Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple accounts and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency with CRM systems, email, and office productivity software for tracking sales activities and preparing reports. Knowledge of doors, molding, hardware, or construction/millwork industry is highly beneficial. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular customer visits and site meetings.
