Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Riverplace Health System, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and group psychotherapy tailored to the unique needs of patients dealing with emotions related to health crises, such as anxiety, depression, and grief.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of each patient’s mental, emotional, and social health to establish a baseline for tailored treatment. This includes evaluating family dynamics and social support systems.

• Regularly monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback from patients and collaboration with other healthcare team members.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
