As GM you will help an on hand owner run the total operation of the establishment, from front-of-house customer service to making pizzas to back-of-house operations.  You will need to establish standard operating procedures, maintain our high standards of food quality. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the restaurant is always "guest-ready."
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and schedule staff; provide ongoing coaching to ensure top-tier performance and morale.
• Customer Relations: Engage with guests, handle feedback professionally, and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Financial Oversight: Manage labor costs, inventory, and food waste to meet budget goals; handle daily cash reporting.
• Quality Control: Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure every pizza meets our specific brand standards.
• Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe environment that exceeds all local health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience working in a restaurant (leadership experience preferred).
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a high-volume environment.
• Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (especially during peak summer season).
• Reliability: Must have dependable transportation to our Cape May location.
