ResponsibilitiesBuild and cultivate a team of dedicated sales professionals who share our commitment to serving clients.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our footprint throughout the Columbia area.
Host training sessions and mentorship circles to help newer agents refine their approach to insurance sales.
Analyze local market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and community outreach.
Collaborate with our corporate support teams to ensure our agents have the resources they need to succeed.
Maintain high standards of ethical practice and customer care within your agency unit.
RequirementsCurrent Life and Health insurance license.
Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or agency development.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule effectively.
Natural comfort in public speaking and leading small group discussions.
Deep understanding of the Columbia market and local networking opportunities.
Proficiency in using digital tools to track sales pipelines and performance metrics.
