Job Summary:

The Speech Language Pathologist provides specialized evaluation and treatment to patients with speech, language, and communication disorders. They collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients speech, language, and swallowing functions through comprehensive evaluations.
  
  
• 
  Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on communication techniques and home exercises.
  
  
• 
  Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate patient records.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure therapy goals are met.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid state or federal clinical license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate experience in assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders.
  
  
• 
  Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current CPR certification and adherence to industry standards.
  
  
•
