Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Body and Soul, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of patients and developing personalized treatment plans based on established best practices.

• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual client needs and preferences.

• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations to ensure client confidentiality and care continuity.

• Working collaboratively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated care that addresses the whole spectrum of a patient's psychological and emotional needs.

• Participating in ongoing professional development through peer review meetings and case consultations to share best practices and enhance service delivery.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and resources within the community, empowering clients with knowledge and support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
