Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Empower Mind Wellness Hub, you will engage in a range of vital responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health challenges, creating tailored treatment plans that apply established best practices.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to best meet the individual needs of each patient.

• Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care for each patient.

• Engage in case consultation and peer review meetings to discuss challenging cases and share insights that promote professional development and quality care.

• Provide essential education to patients and families regarding mental health issues, effectively guiding them to community resources that can aid their recovery process.
