Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Blissful Balance Hub, you will engage in a fulfilling range of responsibilities, including:

• Administering therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while tailoring your methods to each patient’s unique needs.

• Maintaining organized and compliant clinical records that adhere to HIPAA regulations and industry standards, ensuring a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate and enhance patient care effectively.

• Participating in regular case consultations and feedback sessions aimed at continuous improvement and professional development.

• Providing education and emotional support to patients and their families, fostering a deeper understanding of mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
