Working Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (with a 30-minute lunch break), you’ll play a pivotal role in helping students overcome challenges and thrive in the classroom.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with visually impaired students or patients

• Ability to collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement customized learning plans
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic classroom environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to visually impaired students throughout the school day
• Assist with mobility, access to materials, and the use of assistive technologies
• Foster independence and build effective study habits
• Support classroom instruction by preparing accessible learning materials and reinforcing lessons
• Collaborate with educational teams and communicate student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety and privacy protocols
