• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm (No late clinics or after-hours)
• Hours/Week: 40 hours
• Experience: Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Licenses/Certs: Active NM medical license; DEA
• Patient Population: Babies to retirees; full-spectrum family medicine
• Procedures & Skills: Diagnose and treat acute/chronic conditions, physical exams, develop treatment plans, promote wellness, coordinate referrals, order/interpret tests, supervise NPs
• EMR: Elation

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population in a outpatient clinic setting
• Perform physical exams and diagnose/treat common medical conditions
• Develop and implement personalized care plans promoting preventive health
• Collaborate with a team including Nurse Practitioners for integrated patient care
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, coordinate specialty referrals
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinic policies

What You Need:

• Active Medical License in New Mexico
• DEA certification
• 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills

• Experience supervising nurse practitioners
• Familiarity with value-based care models
• Bilingual abilities a plus
