What You'll Do:

• Lead critical process improvement projects with measurable impact of $1M+ per project.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to identify, scope, and deliver high-priority consulting engagements.
• Facilitate customer voice, process discovery, and situational assessment activities to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate complex projects across Executive, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, R&D, Legal, Compliance, and external teams.
• Provide concise executive-level project updates while maintaining detailed project plans and deliverables.
• Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies based on the needs of each initiative.
• Support transformation initiatives, including project management, strategic programs, and post-merger integrations.
• Deliver Lean Six Sigma training, coaching, mentoring, and project oversight while promoting continuous improvement best practices.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Business or Health or Medical
• 12+ years of experience in identifying, scoping, and leading process improvement efforts at large companies with international operations and measurable outcomes.
• 12+ years of experience in operations and projects at large companies with international operations.
• 12+ years of experience in coordinating directly with C-level executives.
• 12+ years of experience with mergers and acquisitions similar process improvement projects.
• 12+ years of experience working directly with a large finance team.

What Sets You Apart:

• MBA or similar business knowledge.
• Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma
• Previous experience in a business consulting role
• PMP Certification in Project Management
• Experience working in large software companies and with software development lifecycle management methodologies
• Familiarity with major financial reporting techniques and terminology
• Publication or conference presentation experience in Lean Six Sigma or similar topics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence.
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, and Outlook), project management tools, video conferencing, and other standard project tools.
• Organized and able to prioritize, multi-task, and work under pressure on multiple simultaneous projects with tight timeframes.
• Self-driven and able to drive efforts that are constantly changing and always working with new groups and processes.
• Strategic Systems Thinking: Ability to understand complex, interconnected technology, business, and operational systems and anticipate downstream impacts of decisions across the enterprise.
• Advanced Analytical Reasoning: Quickly analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative information to identify patterns, risks, dependencies, and opportunities within transformation programs.
• Executive Judgment & Decision-Making: sound judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes environments, balancing competing priorities, constraints, and stakeholder interests.
• Rapid Learning & Adaptability: Assimilate new technical concepts, business models, and program objectives quickly, adjusting strategies and execution plans as conditions evolve.

• Risk Anticipation & Mitigation Thinking: Proactively identify potential program, technology, and organizational risks and develop mitigation strategies before issues escalate.
