The OpportunityAs the VP & General Manager, you will hold the keys to our business unit's strategic, financial, and operational success. You will lead a dedicated team, optimize daily workflows, cultivate strong customer relationships, and ensure our safety culture remains second to none. This is a high-impact role where your leadership directly shapes our growth and profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Financial Ownership: Design and execute aggressive growth strategies; develop and manage robust budgets while identifying smart opportunities for cost optimization and profitability.
Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day business functions, streamlining workflows and establishing best-in-class policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Team Leadership & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and elevate a high-performing team. You will foster an environment of continuous feedback, accountability, and professional development.
Market & Customer Growth: Track market trends and KPIs to capture new business opportunities while ensuring our existing customer base receives unparalleled service and rapid issue resolution.
Safety Champion: Lead by example to promote a zero-harm workplace, actively encouraging hazard reporting and safety initiative participation.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Technical Credential: Active NC HVAC Contractor’s License (or the concrete ability to obtain one promptly).
Logistics: Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Experience:
Proven track record with several years of executive management or senior leadership experience (ideally within the mechanical, HVAC, or trade services sectors).
