Location: Nashua, NH (Candidates must reside within 40 miles of Nashua)

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, coachable, and ambitious individuals to join our team as Inbound Life Insurance Sales Representatives.

Unlike traditional insurance sales roles, there is no cold calling . All leads are inbound from consumers actively interested in discussing life insurance options. On a typical day, representatives handle approximately 12-17 inbound calls and work directly with clients to identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced sales professionals and motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in the life insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle 12-17 inbound calls daily from prospective life insurance clients
• Conduct needs-based consultations to understand each client's goals and financial situation
• Review existing life insurance coverage and identify opportunities for improvement
• Recommend suitable life insurance products and coverage options
• Educate clients on policy features, benefits, and costs
• Guide customers through the application and enrollment process
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and CRM platforms
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Computer savvy and able to learn new software systems quickly
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (licensing support provided)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must live within 40 miles of Nashua, NH

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• No weekends
• Most major holidays off

Compensation & Benefits

• Independent Contractor (1099) position
• Uncapped commission structure
• First-year income potential of $80,000 - $250,000+
• Average agent earnings of approximately $9,500 per month
