Operations Business Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the planning and execution of programs within the US Retail business, the full-time Operations Business Analyst will work remotely on a 6-month contract, focusing on translating business needs into structured requirements and supporting program delivery through analysis and documentation. Key responsibilities Elicit, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with Program Managers and stakeholders Develop functional specifications, use cases, and support program execution by tracking progress and managing documentation Maintain project documentation in PMO tools and contribute to portfolio-level reporting and governance activities Required qualifications 3-6 years of experience in a Business Analyst or project delivery role, preferably in insurance brokerage or financial services Experience with technology implementations or business transformation programs Familiarity with Agile, waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies Proficiency in project management and portfolio tools, such as Monday.com Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field
