Salary Information - $1,123 per Equivalent Credit Hour (ECH)

Job Summary - Adjunct Sociology Instructor to teach face to face classes to start Fall Semester 2026. Monday-Thursday, daytime hours.

Essential Functions - Teaches assigned courses in accordance with course competencies and syllabi. Develops and/or utilizes a variety of instructional strategies, techniques and delivery methods designed to meet the individual learning styles of students. Fosters a safe and civil learning environment. Informs students about course requirements, evaluation procedures, and attendance policies. Monitors, evaluates, and documents student attendance, progress and competency attainment.

Required Qualifications - Master of Sociology or any master's degree with 12 graduate semester credits in Sociology. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with a wide variety of individuals coming from varied backgrounds.

Desired Qualifications - Teaching experience.

Work Schedule - Fall Semester 2026. Monday-Thursday, daytime hours.
