POSITION OVERVIEW

RealtyAds is seeking a high-impact, Vice President, Growth to help with organization and drive top-line revenue growth by converting and expanding relationships with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Strategic clients. This senior-level role is responsible for executing sales strategy, delivering high-value product demonstrations, and building a culture of performance across the team. The ideal candidate combines a strong individual closing track record with exceptional team leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

WHAY YOU’LL DO

Own the full sales cycle with a focus on closing and expanding relationships with RealtyAds’ Tier 1, Tier 2, and Strategic clients Deliver compelling product demonstrations to key stakeholders resulting in new revenue generation Serve as a key player‑coach, actively closing high‑value deals while coaching others through the RealtyAds’ sales cycle Set a high standard for accountability, excellence, and collaboration within the sales organization Assist in the execution of a scalable, repeatable sales strategy that aligns with RealtyAds’ long‑term growth objectives Work cross functionally with Marketing and Account Management to optimize sales materials and identify areas for upsell opportunities

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

6+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least two years in a senior leadership role Proven success selling to commercial real estate decision makers, including asset managers and brokers Experience closing and retaining complex enterprise deals Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentorship and coaching Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed 5 days per week in‑office at a RealtyAds Office

COMPENSATION

RealtyAds’ base salary for this position is $110,000-$115,000 per year. Salary is just one component of RealtyAds’ total compensation package which will include variable compensation, top‑notch medical and dental coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and other benefits. Annual OTE for this position including anticipated commissions is $300,000 per year.
