Deliver individualized speech therapy focusing on all aspects of communication including language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including occupational and physical therapists, nurses, doctors, families, and caregivers to design integrated treatment strategies.

Educate patients and their families to foster progress beyond clinical settings.

Participate in occasional inpatient assessments and therapeutic interventions to ensure consistent care throughout recovery pathways.

Keep precise and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based practices for clients of all ages, alongside a robust understanding of both developmental and acquired disorders affecting speech, language, and swallowing.

Outstanding communication capabilities with patients, their families, and team members across various disciplines.
