OTR Brokerage Manager

Responsibilities Network Optimization: develop and manage high-density OTR lanes to balance headhaul and backhaul freight, minimizing empty miles and improving network efficiency. Capacity Strategy: build and maintain a core network of vetted, high-reliability carriers to support consistent service levels. Carrier Sourcing: identify and onboard strategic carrier partners for high‑volume and core lanes. Exception Management: serve as the final escalation point for complex transit issues, including equipment breakdowns, weather‑related disruptions, service failures, and freight claims. Regulatory & Safety Compliance: ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and internal carrier qualification standards. Fraud Prevention: implement and oversee advanced identity verification and fraud‑prevention processes to mitigate risks related to double‑brokering and cargo theft. Qualifications 5–10+ years of experience in logistics or transportation, including at least 3 years in a management role within a non‑asset OTR brokerage environment. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work weekends as required based on business needs and workload. Professional working proficiency in both Korean and English.
