Work Environment\n

This position will allow for a flexible work environment, combining remote work capabilities with scheduled outpatient office hours. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mood disorders, including evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and objectives of each client, incorporating their preferences into the therapeutic process.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address various mental health issues.

• Provide education and resources to clients and families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
\n
• Track and monitor client progress over time, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to foster an integrated approach to care.
\n
• Stay abreast of the latest research in mood disorders to inform and enhance therapeutic strategies and practices.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to shared knowledge and skills development.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
