Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients, identifying their individual needs and mental health issues to create tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions via teletherapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy to facilitate healing.

• Collaborate with clients in establishing personalized treatment goals, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Engage in crisis intervention and utilize acute care strategies when clients experience heightened distress, providing immediate interventions and referrals for additional support when needed.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health therapy through ongoing professional training and continuing education, enhancing skills and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The caseload consists of a diverse group of clients, including individuals facing relationship challenges, families in transition, and those experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n
