Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health challenges and develop suitable treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

• Design and implement therapy programs that incorporate evidence-based practices for both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions that empower clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors in a safe environment.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Educate clients' families about the therapeutic process and involve them in the healing journey to promote positive change.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential client records while adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families dealing with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and behavioral problems in children and adolescents. Your role will be crucial in helping clients reclaim their well-being through individualized support and therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time-management abilities to handle a varied caseload efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary between $120,000 and $140,000, contingent on experience and qualifications, with an additional sign-on bonus of $3,000.
