Online Learning Support Specialist

To support online learning initiatives, the full-time Online Learning Support Specialist will manage the operations of the Joy of Living online courses, provide customer support, and ensure a seamless experience for participants and program leaders in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Run and operate online courses and live sessions, coordinating with teachers and participants for a smooth experience Respond to customer inquiries and support requests through an online ticketing system, primarily focusing on the JOL family of products Maintain and update digital content across various platforms, including the WordPress website and media containers Required qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience in communications, educational technology, or related fields 3-5 years of experience in customer support, helpdesk administration, or digital learning operations Proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom, and customer support platforms like Freshdesk Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and web content systems such as WordPress Basic familiarity with web app development or QA testing is a plus
