Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a primary clinician for assigned clients, providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment tailored to individuals experiencing severe emotional and mental health challenges.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and facilitate more comprehensive assessments when necessary, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client’s unique situation.

• Create and implement integrated care plans in collaboration with clients, family members, and other healthcare providers, ensuring access to needed services and continuity of care.

• Deliver a range of focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Participate actively in team meetings, advocating for collaborative approaches to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation pertaining to client interactions, treatment plans, and progress, adhering to our organization's standards and regulatory requirements.

• Provide crisis intervention when required, responding appropriately to urgent client needs.

• Manage a caseload that may include individual, group, and family therapy, continuously monitoring and adjusting treatment approaches based on client feedback and progress.

• Participate on committees focused on improving service delivery and overall quality within the agency, contributing to strategic planning and project development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients in hospice care who are experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders related to terminal illness. Your work will not only address immediate psychological needs but also provide emotional support to clients and their families, guiding them through challenging life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas is required.

• Expert knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies for individuals with psychological disorders.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients and colleagues effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
