Supply Chain Risk Management, Strategy and Transformation Senior Consultant

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with clients to assess supply chain risk factors associated with government communications networks
• Conducting supply chain risk assessments, including analysis, documentation, and risk mitigation planning
• Supporting implementation of supply chain risk management controls and processes
• Working with stakeholders to help maintain compliance with applicable policies, standards, and regulations
• Providing supply chain risk management subject matter support to enhance client programs and operations

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain risk management in support of government contracts or government regulatory requirements
• 2+ years of experience with regulatory compliance requirements related to supply chain risk management
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Meade, MD 5 days per week
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of experience analyzing data and trends to support supply chain decision-making
• 2+ years of experience developing technical documentation, including assessments, reports, policies, or procedures

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Maryland, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Maryland and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,800 to $171,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
