- Strong BA skills - Requirement gathering, analysis and documentation, document business rules and User stories
- Running and leading JAD sessions
- Knowledge of US healthcare operations
- Experience of working on delivering end to end projects using SDLC. Methodologies- Agile and Waterfall
- Strong SQL and data warehousing concepts. Documentation of technical specifications
- Strong communication skills
