Business Analyst
Business Analysts to support a high-priority initiative focused on HRP (Health Reimbursement Program) Data Extraction and Automation. These roles are critical to ensuring timely and accurate identification of eligible members for reimbursement, and will play a key role in streamlining data workflows and enhancing automation capabilities. Given the niche skill set and competitive rate we are moving quickly to interview qualified candidates starting tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the automation of data extraction processes for HRP eligibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data mapping requirements and business rules.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data flows, mappings, and integration points.
- Interface with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with APIs and downstream systems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and drive decisions.
Required Skills Experience:
- STTM (Source to Target Mapping) – Strong experience in defining and managing data mappings.
- SQL – Advanced proficiency in querying, analyzing, and manipulating large datasets.
- Data Mapping – Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- APIM (API Management) – Familiarity with API integration and management tools.
- Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Previous experience in healthcare or reimbursement programs is a plus.
